Holle organic oats porridge is suitable as part of a mixed weaning diet beginning at 5 months. It’s made with a base of Demeter quality whole grain oat flour from biodynamic farming.
Biodynamic agriculture strictly prohibits the use of fertilizers, synthetic pesticides, and GMOs to bring you and your little one clean high-quality baby food.
Holle organic oats porridge is also enriched with thiamin (vitamin B1) which is important for proper cell function and helps to promote healthy growth and development in babies and children.
This cereal is egg and lactose-free and contains no added sugar. When preparing this cereal, it can be made as a dairy-free porridge, milk porridge, or mixed with any infant formula!

1.Heat 100 ml whole milk and 100 ml water to approx. 50 °C.
2.Then, add 6 tablespoons (25 g) cereal flakes.
3.Finally, mix everything well, let the porridge swell briefly and make sure it is at the right temperature for consumption (37 °C).
4.Alternatively, you can prepare the cereal porridge with 130 ml of breast milk, 200 ml of whole milk or water, or a Holle infant milk made from cow's or goat's milk (150 - 170 ml).
5.Throw away any leftovers. Store in a cool dry place, use within 3 weeks after opening.
