Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped within 1 business day of placing order. Please allow 5-7 days for you items to arrive.

International Shipping Policy

We ship international, shipping costs will be added at check out. We do not offer free shipping for any international order.

Duties and Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost and it will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages . These charges are the recipient's responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for the packages

Tariffs

Important Shipping Update Due to these new tariffs, transit and delivery times may be longer than usual. Please plan your orders in advance to avoid running out of formula. We encourage families to keep extra supply on hand to ensure uninterrupted feeding for your little ones. 

Damaged or Sale Items

Items purchased in the damaged items section only have outside cosmetic damage. Formula is not compromised. All sales are final for damaged or sales items.

  • Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and are subject to approval.
  • Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
  • If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Return Policy

To ensure the safety and integrity of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any formula or food items. All sales of these products are final. We strongly encourage customers to purchase small quantities first to ensure the product meets your needs before making larger purchases.
