Orders are shipped within 1 business day of placing order. Please allow 5-7 days for you items to arrive.
International Shipping Policy
We ship international, shipping costs will be added at check out. We do not offer free shipping for any international order.
Duties and Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost and it will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages . These charges are the recipient's responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for the packages

Due to safety concerns, unfortunately we can not accept any returns of formula or food products, even if they are unopened. We would not feel comfortable reselling any returned food item to other parents, as we take strict precautions in securely storing our inventory and to provide the optimal conditions for the formula and food to stay fresh and safe. For the safety of the babies who depend on us, we can not accept returns. We appreciate your understanding.
